Q. What products does PaperDot offer?

We create high–quality stickers, bookmarks, and greeting cards, available in both ready-made and customized designs.


Q. How do I place a customized order?

Simply fill out our Customized Order Form. Select your product type, share your idea and submit the details. We’ll get back to you with confirmation.


Q. Is there an advance payment for custom orders?

Yes. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and start your customized order.


Q. How long do customized orders take?

Custom orders usually take 3–7 working days, depending on your design. We’ll give you an estimated completion date after confirming your order.


Q. Can I make changes after placing a customized order?

Minor changes can be made before production starts. Once printing or cutting begins, edits cannot be made.


Q. Can I cancel my customized order?

Customized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as every item is specially created for you.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer, Easypaisa and Cash on delivery for now.


Q. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Pickup can also be arranged if needed.


Q. Will I receive a preview before printing?

Yes — for all custom orders, a digital preview is shared for your approval. Production begins only after you confirm.


Q. I don’t have a design — can you help?

Of course! You can describe your idea, theme, or preferred colors, and we’ll help create a simple design for you. Complex illustrations may have an extra charge.
