We want you to feel confident when shopping with PaperDot. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

1. When You Can Request a Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns for change of mind.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  • Contact us within 2–3 days of receiving your order
  • Email us at paperdotshop@outlook.com with photos or a short video showing the issue
  • Our team will review your case and respond with the next steps


3. Return Conditions

Your return may be approved if:

  • The item is unused
  • It is in its original packaging
  • All accessories or bundled items are included


4. Refund & Replacement Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Exchange for another item
  • Refund (for approved cases)

Refunds for online payments are processed within 5–7 working days.


5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery



Shipping Policy 

We currently deliver only within Rawalpindi & Islamabad using our own delivery service.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to:

  • Rawalpindi
  • Islamabad

Orders outside these cities are not available at the moment.


2. Delivery Method

Since we do not use courier companies yet, delivery is done through:

  • PaperDot’s own delivery team, or
  • A local rider arranged by us

You will be contacted before delivery to confirm your address and availability.


3. Delivery Charges

We offer fixed delivery charges:

  • Flat Rate: Rs 150


4. Order Processing Time

After your order is confirmed:

  • Packing and preparation take 1–2 working days


5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Rawalpindi & Islamabad: 1–3 working days

Delivery may take longer due to weather, traffic, or public holidays.


6. Order Confirmation

Before delivery, we confirm:

  • Your address
  • Phone number
  • Payment method (Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer)


7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
